East Valley School District invites families to its annual Kindergarten Round-Up, an informational event for incoming kindergarten and Kinder Bridge students.

The event will be held Wednesday, April 29, from 6:00–7:30 p.m. at the East Valley High School cafeteria.

Families will have the opportunity to learn about programs, registration, and what to expect as their child begins school.

Who qualifies:

• Kindergarten: Children turning 5 on or before August 31, 2026

• Kinder Bridge: Children turning 4 on or before August 31, 2026

Registration dates:

• Kindergarten opens March 30

• Kinder Bridge opens April 15

What families will learn:

• Dual Language kindergarten program

• Registration steps and timeline

• Kinder Camp and screening dates

• WaKIDS (state-required assessment)

• Back-to-school expectations

The event is family-friendly, with childcare and refreshments provided.

Families are encouraged to attend, ask questions, and get ready for the upcoming school year.
