As we implement our STANG plan, one of the stratgeies involves recognizing students when they show STANG behavior. When a Secretary, Janitor, Para Educator or Teacher sees a student showing STANG behavior they will recognize it and award the student a STANG Confetti. The awards go towards a classroom celebration and then towards a school-wide celebration. The more we identify and celebrate great behavior…the more great behavior we will see.
