Skyward System Down

Update (Wednesday, April 23, 2018 @ 8:28AM) - Skyward will continue to be down through the rest of the day. Thank you for your patience.

Attention Families -
Due to a failure during a system upgrade, Skyward is currently experiencing service interruptions state-wide. They anticipate that these issues should be corrected by Wednesday. In the meantime, Family Access will not be operational. This means that families will be unable to add money to student lunch accounts and will not have access to Skyward grade books and other features. Students will not be denied lunch. All charges for lunches during the service interruption will be entered when systems are back in order.

We will keep you informed when service is restored.

KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION OPEN!

Kindergarten registration for the upcoming 2018-2019 school year is now open! We encourage families to register students by June 1st so that you're ready to attend kindergarten screening on June 7-8th! You can register your incoming kindergartener by picking up a packet at your child’s home school.

Secure and Teach - Friday, March 30, 2018 (8:50 AM)

Update 3/30/18 @ 9:15AM - The Secure & Teach at Moxee Elementary has been lifted. This Secure & Teach was the result of a suspicious community member walking around in the proximity of Moxee Elementary, not on campus. It lasted from approximately 8:47 -9:09 AM. Thank you for your support and patience.

Moxee Elementary is currently in a Secure and Teach due to suspicious activity in the area.

Washington School Improvement Framework Released

The Office of the Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) recently released a new framework for identifying schools for additional support. Click the title of this article to get more information about how our East Valley Schools measured up.

As this is a new program, full details on how support will be implemented hasn’t yet been established within our district. As more information is released over the next few weeks, we will continue to add information to this webpage.

EVHS Construction Parking Plan

We are excited to begin construction on our East Valley High School project next week. Parking, bus lane and student pick-up/drop-off changes for East Valley High School will be in effect on Monday, March 19, 2018 to accommodate our construction project. Please review the attached map to prepare for these changes.

The East Valley School District invites you to join us as we BREAK GROUND on the East Valley High School Expansion and Modernization project. This event will be held at EVHS at 5:30PM on Monday, March 19th - Remarks will be made by East Valley School District, Loofburrow Wetch Architects and Fowler General Construction, Inc.
