The East Valley School District is excited to announce the hiring of Brandon Hauver as the new Principal of Moxee Elementary.

Brandon Hauver and his family have been lifelong residents of the Moxee community. Mr. Hauver attended Moxee Elementary, EVC, and graduated from East Valley High School in 1997. Mr. Hauver’s wife, Lyndsey, has taught kinder at Moxee for the past 19 years and their two boys, Camden and Lukas, have both attended Moxee. Brandon earned his teaching degree from Eastern Washington University and began his teaching career in the Yakima School District in 2005. After receiving his administrator certification from Heritage University, Mr. Hauver served as the Assistant Principal at Roosevelt Elementary (Yakima) this past year. Mr. Hauver is excited to return home and give back to the community that helped shape and mold him. He is passionate about student and teacher improvement and believes there is power in building positive relationships with all stakeholders. He values his strong work ethic and considers clear communication an integral piece of all successful systems. He believes that “it’s not what is poured into a student that matters, but what is planted.” (Linda Conway)
